South Florida Local Jerky stands behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. Please send a detailed e-mail expressing your concerns to southfloridalocaljerky@yahoo.com within 30 days of purchase date. If it is passed 30 days, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Full purchase price will be refunded if it’s determined that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake by South Florida Local Jerky.

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?

We will credit you for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs, upon receipt of the product.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
